This isn't that bad once you understand it is the arsonist that spawns to the south that does a lot of the damage to the tavern defenses. Moving everyone behind the npc wall at the start and getting Wenduag or Lann up top at the start is key, followed by using web, sickening entanglement, and grease to slow down the attacking cultists. Once the first group is dead send a ranged companion to deal with the lone arsonist, then continue to focus any others that spawn to the east until the minotaur shows up. Get Lann or Wenduag over to the other side asap. The minotaur will likely one shot anyone, so use the npc wall for some protection and damage. Kill the minotaur then wipe up the remaining arsonists.
