Pathfinder1e - Trials of Solaria - Broken Oaths - Session 6
Session 6
Here we go again. Back to the Mint, back to the drama. Mean words are beng said, Queens are being threatened, things are heating up. Ven threatens to blow up some gunpowder, Mikhael tries to calm him down, Eckhard tries to calm the Queen down, Bix is kinda rolling his eyes in the background.
At some point, shit kinda goes down - Mikhael knocks Ven out at the Queen's request. We tie his hands so he doesn't blow shit up, but he wakes up soon enough. And he's PISSED oh boy oh man-
We look over G odife to make sure she's okay. Once she's awake, Mikhael asks her some questions - mostly about Godfrey and her stance on things as they are. She seems to have some resentment for him, and believes he's not looking for her, but she doesn't actually seem too mad at him for all the war crimes and human right violations he's committed. So, y'know, maybe she's not the best person either (but who is, really?).
Then, while we're doing some more arguing, the weird book starts acting up and doing things. It seems like it's feeding off our negative emotions and doing ominous dark stuff. Very sp00ky. We put it away in the vault but that doesn't help.
Well eventually Bix yells at us to shut the fuck up and we sit down at the table to talk. Things are a bit more calm, but certain people are still stubborn about holding grudges. At some point Dawkin interrupts us and says the Queen requests Mikhael and Eckhard. They go have a chat with her and she offers them a position on her council. Additionally, she agrees to be more civil with G'odife and formally apologizes for the way she treated her.
Venwyvar, on the other hand, is severly punished by being put under Mikhael's stewardship. Well, at least he wasn't killed by a gunshot. Though apparently he would have preferred that.
Meanwhile G'odife and Ven are talking about breaking out of here and stealing the book. Bix catches some of the conversation, but says nothing.
[10:26 PM]
When the other two return and inform them of everything they talked about with the Queen, G'odife seems rather calm. Calling it now she's going to escape and steal the book despite everything, I don't trust her a single bit
And thus, the party begrudgingly gets grouped up again and assigned the job of figuring out what the fuck this book is... Because... We're really smart, I guess? shrug
Session Highlights:
• Chaos, drama, action
• Ven hates Mikhael even more now. Bix and Eckhard are fed up.
• Yay for legally binding friendship!
