0As the title already says, I'm still short of cash, so I'm currently focussing more at capturing hostile ships to increase the size of my fleet and to build the industries to generate more goods to get more sales and eventually also more income. I'm aware it sounds as a contradiction, as that also means more wages to be paid, but eventually city growth is the only thing I need to sell more goods. And to get cities to grow, I need more citizens, meaning more industries. And although it doesn't really look like it, it is slowly starting to pay off.
