Welcome to a "Use What You See" challenge run of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (with Afterbirth+ and all that)!
These are self-imposed challenge runs where I HAVE to take any item I come across, if possible. (There are some situations where the rule may not apply, like if it would literally kill me to take it.)
This may end up being more of a thing that I do on live streams (check links below if interested in that), but since I've done everything in the game, and consider myself at least decent at it, I thought it would be fun to stop min-maxing, stop taking the same items that make winning easy, and let the game take over to an extent!
