Pausing and Play Styles
Kids tend to approach their Mightier gameplay and choices around heart rate control in different ways. Jessica talks through the different pausing and cooldown styles we tend to hear about, and how, whatever your child is doing, they're doing great. Play and practice are what matter here, and as long they're getting their 3 play sessions in every week, they're on the right track.
