Catch a bag mid-air.

Day 1 - Jewelry Store

Simply go into the jewelry store, smash one of the jewelry cases and then bag it up. Now just head outside and throw the bag into the air and then catch it using R2 or RT. If you caught it in mid air the trophy / achievement will unlock shortly afterwards.
