An addition to my "Third Person" mod allows you to switch to "Immersive First Person" which basically places the camera in the characters head but sill renders the third person model. There's a few bugs left with disabling some characters heads since they don't follow a unique naming convention but most of them should work. The option has to be enabled manually in the save file as it's not a menu option yet.
