76With more and more tries I noticed that if you reach the second assault wave, "sometimes" they will start spawning.
1st try: All bags, solo, 10 minutes.
2nd try: 4 players, at around 6-8 minutes the second assault killed us.
3rd try: 3 players made the jump, all bags, about 6 minutes.
Note: Going loud right away is optional. I only did it so that the Mendozas mostly escape before I even make the jump, as they can pack a punch. Even if it takes 5 minutes to make the jump, this will still work, just plan going loud accordingly.
