Paying for mods on Steam / Rockstar had the worst tech support

In all seriousness, this is wrong in some many ways and levels, legal issues, copyright issues, refunds ? the More I ask questions the more I hate the whole thing.

Will Rockstar hit the bottom with his tech support ? Will that indian guy understand you ? Maybe that tunisian lady hanged up on you because she didn't understand you...hell you're a man, she took offense, she hanged up. You should pay Rockstar More money because Rockstar felt offended because you dare say "Hey, theres a problem with your techs upport"
In all seriousness, you're after service is so important that your tech support may save your companies ass from a crappy shitty product...look at Warner/Comcast. shitty service but great tech support. hate it but thats how it works.
