This is such a fun run! Just my second completed run. "No Up+A" means that you cannot use Up + A on controller 2 to automatically force a game over (and do death warps) and the list of items you need to have by the end of the game for it to qualify as 100% are: All heart containers, all triforce pieces, Magical Sword, Magical Boomerang, Both Bomb Upgrades, Bow, Silver Arrows, Red Candle, Recorder, Letter, Magical Rod, Raft, Book of Magic, Red Ring, Ladder, Magical Key and Power Bracelet.
