Riven seems like she would be great in chrono & blademaster comps, but really, she is greater in sorc comps, in my experience. Are these ideal items? I have no idea, I havent tried many. But deathcap performs well. Seraph also performs well, and I'm guessing Qss is probably good too as she gains tons of shield as long as she is not cc:ed.
