Hello Ladies and Gentelmen and Welcome to Another Game

This is 12 player Free For All Game, Played By Email.

Rules:
1) chronicle - mandatory
2) wonders banned - only national wonders
3) domination victory only
4) using a great genera for a citadel or great scientist to burn only once per 8 turns
5) gifting units - 2 per turn per player
6) can't gift a unit to a player that didn't discover tech for it
7) can't trade resources to other player who has not discovered tech for it
8) one time gold gift - 100g max (when player has less than 500) or 20% gold per turn (counted globally)
9) you can gift a city founded by yourself if it has no more than 5 population
10) conquered cities can be traded for 5 turns after conquering without population limit, after that they treated like self-founded (look point 9)
11) oxford university can be build once
12) no war with City States for 75 turns
13) war with City State must last at least 10 turns
14) no diplomacy with players you have not met in-game
