Powers on, then shuts off but the power light stays on and no display. This is going to by my first recap job, i'll start by replacing the ones that have leaked and go from there. PC chips is commonly referred to as "PC cheaps" because of a scam they pulled off in the 1990s by adding fake cache chips to their motherboards.
