Made by Irem in 1992, Gekisha Boy puts you in the role of David Goldman, a photo-loving chap who just lost his parents in a plane crash. Depressed, he wanted to drop out, but the dean gave him the task to take pictures of certain events to finally get graduated.
I, as a chap who takes pictures in school (Hence my other alias "schoolfilmer"), felt this was right up my alley, and with my eye for detail, I snap all the pictures needed to qualify for the best rank! (I missed King Kong in Take 2, though.)
This game is pretty crazy, wacky and loony. The controls are solid, as you control both the focus and David at the same time.
The graphics are really cartoony, and to quote Izzy, "These characters look like they escaped from Panic". The music is pretty good, and the game is pretty fun!
