Shmup by Quest and Micro Cabin. Unlike the GBC port, this was localized for US regions, with slight differences from the JP release, e.g. the first level background that's now a medieval setting.

Played on Rough difficulty which is basically Hard (similar to Wild difficulty in the GBC port). This time I didn't buy the health extenders, giving a pretty good bonus at the end for that.
