When you think of the mouse peripheral for early consoles probably the ones that comes to mind are the SNES Mouse and the Sega Genesis Mouse,
but did you know the PC Engine (Turbo Grafx 16) also had one? It was released in 1994 and never left Japan.
It has 2 front, weird, rounded shape buttons and 2 side buttons. Good games supported it (many through its CD drive attachment) such as Lemmings and Tokimeki Memorial.
