If you’re locked out and unable to access your administrator account on your Windows 10 PC and when you try to reset the admin password you receive the error message “This feature requires removable media“, then this post is intended to help you. In this tutorial, we will provide the solution that you can try to effectively resolve this issue.

When you encounter this issue, you’ll receive the following error message;

No Drive. This feature requires removable media, such as a USB flash drive. Please connect a USB flash drive, and then try again.
