This is the original Resident Evil 4 Pc version and not the hd Remastered version (that has been released in 2014), the game even today looks really presentable and when i first played it on PS2 I was so pleasantly surprised, This is a very good game and even though the PS2 graphically was worse than GC but overall PS2 was a better package so much more content.
RE4 in my book is the last good resident evil game, so far at least and even though more then 10 years has passed seance it has been released, it still is a fun game to play, the HD remastered version might not bee adding much to this game (I think they downloaded mods from the web and called it the HD remaster "joking"), but if you want to buy a RE game today then there is no reason not to buy the HD version, one thing that i noticed that in the rain the HD version actually looks much better then the original version, plus they added the 60FPS mode to the game and now the game is smoother experience.
Sadly the original pc game likes to crash and i think few crashes happened to me when i was playing on PS2 , so because of this so much footage got corrupted for me that i was extremely frustrated!!! Hopefully they fixed this issues in the HD version.
Really nice game but only thing that would make this game better for me, if they would originally have added more atmospheric background music.

It's a shame that the PC got shafted with such a lazy port. It's also hard not to wonder why Capcom and Ubisoft even bothered with it. The PS2 version is unchanged in the sloppy transition to PC, so if you have no other way of experiencing Resident Evil 4 and own a gamepad, the core gameplay and budget price are enough reason to pick it up. Otherwise, pick up a different version and hope that the developers show a little more respect for the platform next time around. " - Gamespot
