[PC] Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory | Mission 1: Lighthouse (100% Rating - HARD)
9About time that I upload this one, recording it for Youtube was the perfect excuse to replay it yet again lmao
2004/5 was basically a golden era for gaming imo. So many classics and masterpieces in just the spam on 2 / 3 years...
This one in particular is from back when Goobisoft made singleplayer masterpieces, Chaos Theory is basically one of the greatest stealth games ever made alongside the masterpiece known as MGS3, both are timeless classics that still hold up perfectly today and are still yet to be matched by a modern stealth game imo
Oh well, introduction is over, as the title says this will be the first level with the highest success rating (100%) on the Hard difficulty. To get a 100% rating you basically can't be detected once and you cannot kill anybody except forced objetives, which do not count onto the in-game killcount.
I'm not the best player, so I went and played on Hard instead of Expert (the difference is minimal in most levels, but it's a mayor pain in the 2 infamous levels known as Seoul and Bathhouse if you want to go for a 100% rating since you have to be pitch black every moment)
Taking that in mind I have (as basically all of the casual players like myself) abused the good old F5 and F8 a lot, I have ofc cut down in editing the failing attemps but kept the moment I quicksave so you guys can see good places to make a checkpoint, in some cases I went through half of the level without reloading once but still made some checkpoints in case and in others I spent half an hour to get past a simple room hahaha, good old stealth games.
I don't really care about knocking down people so I just made half of the people I encounter take a little nap so I can also show the perfectly done interrogations thanks to the amazing voice acting work of Ironside as Sam.
Nothing much to add, enjoy the playthrough and the amazing OST this game has as well the writing and voice acting. Oh, I also included all cutscenes.
Since currently there is the Sonic Heroes playthrough I will be alternating the series upload daily, so tomorrow Heroes and the day after Chaos Theory again and so on til everything is uploaded.
