This expansion is kind of fun to speedrun. It's a good "movement training" category; almost all of the run is spend running around rather than spent solving puzzles or doing difficult tricks. This makes it kind of boring to watch, but fun to play.

Only major improvement that can be made in this run is to not miss the second rope jump in the cleft like I did in this run. That'd save around 9 seconds. Combined with better movement, I'd imagine sub-43 is an entirely possible time.
