!Set it to 1000% Turbo and 10% Slow unlock these by unchecking the bottom left "Preset" Box!

These Are The Best PCSX2 Settings I Have Found To Get the Best Quality and Speed But if It Is Running Slow Like Some People Have Said In the Comments Turn Down The Settings I That Use Your Gpu/Cpu More Depending Of Course On What CPU/GPU You Have Mine Are,
An i5 3470s and a GTX 1050 Ti.
If It Shakes For You Use The Blend "Bob tff"
!Make sure to set it to a Custom Resolution THAT IS IN A 16:9 Ratio Mine is "4480 x 2520"!
How To: In Config, Video (GS), Plugin Settings and In the Interlacing Drop Down Menu Click (Bob tff) If It Doesn't Work Try Different Ones! :)
