No more need Panadol, just go to the :

"Game - Properties..." - "Graphics" - "Rendering"

Enabled "Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes"

This option would enabled more options then go to "Upscaling Fixes"

On "Half Pixel Offsets" set it to : "Special (Texture - Aggressive)
