An overview of the Penetrating Shot Rogue build that I switched to after finishing the campaign. It works better the greater the pack size and density of mobs. Single target is a bit rough but can be made better. Clear feels great, like any good explosion bow build in PoE. How this build performs in season 1 and beyond depends on what gets nerfed or buffed before each league.
