So... this video was finished in 28th Feb. Why upload now, I don't know - I keep forgetting to I suppose.

Anyway, as the title suggests, this is a lip sync animation test using traditional means. It was for my Illustration & Animation course in Uni to pull off. I did the voice here *shudder*, & drew many frames on A4 paper (should have done it on A5 just to save so much time -_-'). Most of the mouth pieces were drawn separately & edited on later.

Now, usually, to animate this, I was supposed to use Adobe Flash like many animators.

However, I lacked Flash & PhotoShop at home & couldn't use most of my time doing it at Uni. So, like my Sonic Running Animation I did in 2009, I used Windows Movie Maker to animate this & sync the frames with the voiceover. & editing the mouth pieces onto the frame templates; I had used.... Microsoft Publisher!
Yes, it was time consuming & tricky trying to crop small pieces in square shapes whilst putting everything together smoothly, but I got there in the end & proved it was possible I guess - A lot of patience is required. -_-'

I had a storyboard for this & was supposed to be much longer, but due to time constraints, I just decided to cut to the chase.
Also, the frames changed tint/colour because I was using different A4 sheets of paper after I ran out of the previous "yellow tinted" one (which only seems yellow when I scanned it for some reason. I should have fixed that too).
Oh, & the sound effects at the end are the 'breaking floors/walls' & 'death' sound effects from Sonic The Hedgehogg! =D

So what do you guys think? Comments would be appreciated! =D
(God, I hate my voice here...)
