0After removing the old harness from the cabinet and finally getting the new harness hooked up to the buttons and joystick, I decided to finally give the Pengo PCB a try, this time with the proper Jamma adapter and to my surprise it actually worked.
I did have to adjust the horizontal and vertical alignment and I do still have to solder on a new power audio chip when it arrives because the old one was pretty scorched. I have already replaced the old capacitors with new ones.
I do still need to wire up the speaker in the cabinet.
