Pentiment is a 2022 singleplayer medieval 2-D narrative adventure game conceived by Josh Sawyer, director of Fallout: New Vegas and Pillars of Eternity, and published by Obsidian. It is rated "M" for Blood and Gore, Sexual Themes, Strong Language, Violence.

For backgrounds, I chose Low Countries, Craftsman, Medicine, Heavens and Earth, Occultist, and England for Andreas. For Magdalene, I chose Tinker, Barbs and Reformation. As Andreas Maler, I bought her a copy of De Animalibus by Albertus Magnus (see part 12) and accused Brother Guy of murdering Otto. Brother Guy and Lenhardt Miller were killed in the mill fire and Ulrich is dead.
