Cool game. I did this all in one take (had to upload in 3 parts), and this is only the 3rd or 4th time I've played this, so there are some screwups here and there.

Notes on Part 3:
A. The Acid pit in Chemical Storage: You'll notice I totally fucked up that jump in the second acid pit and hurt myself pretty bad. Normally, the acid kills on first contact, but I think because I landed partly on the barrel and immediately jumped out, it only brought my health down to about 3/4. (It replenishes by the time I pick up the chemicals because it wasn't a terrible injury.)
B. Magic pain pills: Before I got to the frozen lake, I didn't have any pain pills. Then when I get to the lake, you'll see me shuffle some things around in my inventory, and I had 1 set of pills. Before venturing out on the lake, notice on the right (by the glowing artifact) there's an old back pack, if you investigate it, you'll pick up some pain pills and a flare. I quickly clicked it as I was moving towards the frozen lake.

I apologize for the shitty quality of this speedrun. For some reason, Fraps would cause the game to crash (works fine with all my other games) so I had to resort to using the WeGame client to record it, resulting in some minor graphical ugliness, some REALLY dark parts, some weird motion blurring, and low frame rate.
