For Phase Three, I finally take advantage of Locke and Shadow's complete lack of Magic spells, and bet all the Ragnarok's and Angel Brushes I farmed in the first two Phases for Lightbringers and Stardust Rod's, maxing them out. Then, having finally completed the coliseum 100%, I proceeded to take Locke and Shadow to the desert near Miranda to finally teach them every spell in the game.

Just 17 more items to go. Next time, I return to the Soul Shrine to bring that place to a close.
