4We wrap up our grinding against Riku and the three FF kids, so we talk to Kairi, and the absolute worst comes to pass that night: A storm comes to destroy our raft, and our friends disappear before our eyes, taking our 99 Coconuts with them (though we still have our 99 Pretty Stones).
Meanwhile, Donald and Goofy set off in search of the "Key" as written in King Mickey's letter, and to seek out a man named Leon in Traverse Town. When they get there, they noticed a star blinking out of the sky, as referenced in said letter. They just miss running into Sora, who woke up in an alleyway in a brand new world. He confides in Cid Highwind of Final Fantasy VII, who runs the accessory shop, and offers an open invite in case we ever get lost or get in trouble.
