Check out the Perilous Warp demo on Steam (link below). This looks to be another promising indie title - soon to be released in October this year. IMO, It does seem to achieve quite a lot of the things that make a game accessible for many players; user interface, control mapping, performance, and generally, little seems to present itself as a downside or hurdle to the overall experience.
