After clearing things in Okinawa, we're finally off to Fukuoka to enjoy our time there and the local cuisine! But no time to relax for long as Zenkichi found a potential mastermind behind the changes of hearts, Jyun Owada, a politician who was affiliated with none other than Masayoshi Shido!
And with him, our next target is Akira Konoe, CEO of Madicce and probable Monarch of a Jail in Osaka, Zenkichi then plans to get his keyword directly from him and leaves the Phantom Thieves to relax in Kyoto until the next day.

But our enemies do not wait to strike against us and immediately start acting to put an end to our activities...

Then we get the worst scene in the entire game, I hate that cliché and wish it had died with Persona 4, bleh.

And we return to interesting things as Akira Konoe himself publicly speaks against the Phantom Thieves, and Zenkichi puts himself on the line to protect us. A trap is then sprung for our group in a newly-formed Jail...
