finally i beat tumtara....

If you are wondering if this will be released, I am afraid most likely not, due to a lot of janks compared to the original admin system, and the cons outways the pros to the community, at least that's what I thought.

pros:
- Scripted mode isn't forced, if you don't know what that means, basically only 1 vscript add-ons is allowed to use this mode, when there's more than 1, last executed vscript add-on will take priority.

It is encouraged to use it on mutations only, this is the main reason I made this in the first place. It's sad that I can't use it because it allows for a lot of features

- Because of the first pro, it is extremely less likely to break mutations.

- Some commands on the original are a bit broken, like the drop command causes defib to be invisible and uneven ammo when bot drop their weapons, my personal one fixes these issues.

- If I installed Nescius' or MANACAT's spit fix, the drop_spit command will be improved.

- I added a few new commands for myself, one of them is drop_bile as you can see in the video.

- Ah uhh, I can use any scripted mode add-ons I want, other than VSLib add-ons I guess.

cons:
- There is a delay when executing commands through console, varies depending on the server time, at most 0.033.. seconds.

- You can still use client menu and radial menu to execute the commands, but in return, you cannot chain 2 admin commands in a bind, only the last one will take priority, in addition, you must do more work to your cfg files in order to work.

- It's a bit buggy for admins other than the host to use console to execute the commands, it will spam console errors for the host until the admins sets their USERINFO command using setinfo.

- Some of the scripted mode features aren't present here obviously, like activating god mode on infected only (not specials), bash command, and all the reasons above.

I bypassed some of them, other than that, either I can't find an alternative way without scripted mode or it's not possible at all.

Actually though, why do I bother writing this description in the first place.
