PewDiePie Getting DMCA'd For Using A Racial Slur... - Topic (Playing Borderlands 2)
3Compo Santo games has now decided to start DMCA'ing (that's how to say it right? probably not but whatever) content created by PewDiePie of Firewatch because in a future stream of PUBG, PDP used foul language. Now to be fair this instance was pretty extreme as PewDiePie used a racial slur in an off-the-cuff instance during a live stream, I wouldn't call it offensive however it was very tasteless and it could have potential negative effects. But is it enough to make a Valid DMCA? Not really... Let's Discuss.
