2Since Sonic adopted the Phantom Rider persona, I've had many ideas about Sonic actually being a Kamen Rider. With the Sekai platform, I've been working on a few ideas, but I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in seeing a Sonic Kamen Rider fan series on Sekai. Here are a few ideas I've been considering:
The concept repurposes certain characters from the IDW comic as friends, civilians, or enemies. For example, Clutch and Starline could create their own Mobian branch of the Shocker organization. It's unclear whether they're actually connected to the original organization or if they just came up with the idea on their own and are using the name.
As a Kamen Rider series with a Sonic the Hedgehog feel, it could be played out as a sort of anniversary series for both franchises. We could throw in some fan-favorite Kamen Riders, perhaps through the Freedom Fighters, as a group that helps the Phantom Rider. Rough and Tumble could be Shocker mooks, which would be funny, like Bowser's Kingdom, but they get promoted for doing absolutely nothing.
Alright, so Sonic would have a love interest, but it wouldn't be Amy. If you know me, you can probably guess that I'm going to suggest Sally Acorn. However, since I specialize in love triangles, I'm going to introduce another girl as Sonic's potential love interest: Surge. You could say that Sonic will fill Surge's dark soul with light. I'm completely serious about that.
