43Oh, don't you know? Turtle used to have a smooth British accent instead of the throaty Turkish drawl he has now.
Because of his scrapped British accent, it's lead me to believe that at some point during Turtle's development, he was intended to be related to Rhino; both having similar personalities, voice lines, animal themes, and the exact same mole in the exact same spot on their faces.
This would also explain why Turtle doesn't look 100% Turkish either, similar to how Kira was originally intended to be half British just like her VA, but was changed to be full Japanese before Open Beta.
