0Phase 7 (chapter 7 and Choshiro's second chapter) in Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse (Project Zero 4 in Europe and Japan) takes a darker turn as we uncover illegal experiments and brutal truths behind the hospital's haunting past. In this guide, you'll find the locations of all collectibles, including Hozuki Dolls, Specters, Wraiths, Documents, Recordings, and items.
• There is a Revenant is this chapter but it requires the Sense upgrade to actually catch it.
• Tip 1: beware of the ghost hand when picking up 'Stones', I noticed they tend to trigger a lot when playing as Choshiro.
• Tip 2: In the Graveyard, Masanobu Fuchiki, Michihiko Ikushima, and Yuuzou Takemura will keep coming back even after you beat them, so it’s actually a pretty decent spot to farm some spirit points. That said, if you’re not up for the fight, you can totally just run past and skip it.
