This challenge is quick and fun. Since you don't lose anything on death and can even make progress on the challenge when you die, you can kinda just go nuts with the ghost. Probably the only way to make this map fun.
Don't really have much to say about this one. If you don't get a ghost that's easy to identify during a hunt then you have roughly 20 seconds to try and smuggle an item close to the ghost between hunts. You can stretch that a bit with crucifixes but really, getting 3 evidences is going to be more of a pain than treating this like a pseudo no-evidence run.
Looping the ghost around the campfire or around the tents works reasonably well and can somewhat make up for the lack of hiding places. Just go nuts and have fun!
