Another long video, oh well. This is showing my ISA Philips PCA 20 TM / EU . A TV and MPEG 1 decoder card. It does not capture video however, which I was under the conception that it did, silly me assuming that it also did that.

I found that if I had a better graphics card installed than my Paradise Bali32 it probably would have worked perfectly, but on a DX33 486 with 8meg of RAM both set of software it uses felt sluggish, especially it's MPEG playback software, but it did perform flawless playback of standard resolution files just fine. Probably a RAM upgrade or a switch to a DX2 chip would solve most problems, running it on a 386 to me would probably be torture.
