"Phillip Crucial's sound on this tune -- "Please Consider Me" -- is a potent combination of classic reggae & lovers rock stylings with the melodic sensibilities of 1960's Motown records, and a little digital flavor thrown in for a modern touch. He is a devoted follower of Rastafari and brings that energy into his performances.

A good friend of mine, sometimes known as Dwight Burton, is one of the main producers for a revolving cast of characters at the Song Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica -- singers, poets, dancehall artists, etc. He introduced me to Phillip Crucial on one of my first days in Kingston, and we quickly jumped into a music video shoot.

From the studio, Phillip took us through a tour of his neighborhood in Papine, Kingston. We wound up at his home, where his lady and son became co-stars in the video. The love and kindness of this family was so vibrant -- I did my best to capture that feeling on film.

This is the first music video I shot and edited, and my second to be released via Reggaeville (the first was "Nyomi" by Israel Voice). I have been honored to work with Phillip to create this visual for you to enjoy -- I hope our enthusiasm will speak to you and bring some sunshine in this icy winter of chaos! Much love to everyone"
