Description...
Being developed by the original XCom franchise creators, Phoenix Point has XCom gameplay at its' heart.
However, There a few extra wrinkles.
The combat and logistics management brings back the factors which made the original XCom a success.
Global strategy and turn based tactical combat which flows as it should against an AI which knows how to engage you in a smart way, Flanking and suppressive fire to pin your troops down and more.
Fight against an enemy which will mutate to counter your tactics and tech from previous battles.
Resource and supply management which brings back a number of 'limits' to combat including limited ammunition.
Even though the game is still in early access, I thought a short series should be put on the channel.
