103:54 - When you gain control of Phoenix, move to the Office.
05:10 - There will be another scene, when you get the chance to examine the office, examine the body (This will add The Thinker and Glass Shards to the Court Record). Next, examine the paper next to the body (This will add the Receipt to the Court Record). There are a few other things that you can click on in this area but none are needed to progress the story.
07:40 - Slide to the other side of the room and examine the phone. Now, click on Move and select to Fey & Co. Law Offices.
10:25 - Talk to Maya. Select both dialogue options - "What happened" and "You and the Chief". Next, go back and select Present, then choose the Receipt to show it to Maya.
13:48 - At the Detention Center, speak with Maya and choose "Of course I will." when prompted. Next talk to her about all dialogue options - "Maya" then "The day of the crime". This will create the option "Your cell phone" click on it to add Maya's Memo to the Court Record. This will update "The day of the crime" option so click on this again. Finally select "Spirit mediums" and choose "Accept" when prompted. Now move to Fey & Co. Law Offices.
20:13 - At the Office, choose "Detective Gumshoe" when prompted. Talk to Gumshoe about all of the dialogue options. Choose "Mia" and Mia's Autopsy Report will be added to the Court Record. Then select "Maya", then "Edgeworth" which appears after talking to him about "Maya". Choose "Of course I do!" when prompted. Next, Present Maya's memo to Gumshoe. Choose "Tell him not-so-straight." when prompted, Maya's Cell Phone will be added to the Court Record. Move to the Gatewater Hotel.
26:47 - When April leaves to freshen up, examine the screwdriver sticking out of the drawer.Talk to April about all of the dialogue options - "What you witnessed", "Miss May" and "This room". Then move to the Grossberg Law Offices.
29:52 - Talk to Grossberg about all of the dialogue options - "Your refusal", "Mia" and "That painting". Then move to the Detention Center.
33:15 - Talk to Maya about all of the dialogue options - "The day of the crime", "Your family"," Your mother" which will be added after "Your family" and "Your mother's enemy" which is added after "Your mother". Choose "Defend Maya." when prompted, followed by "I can't abandon you.", then move to the Gatewater Hotel.
38:14 - Examine the screwdriver sticking out of the drawer and the Wiretap will be added to the Court Record.
42:21 - Gumshoe will be the first person to testify. After his opening statement, the Floor Plans will be added to the Court Record.
42:55 - He will give his first witness testimony - Maya Fey's Arrest. During the cross examination, press Gumshoe on the statement "Why? We had a witness account describing her!".
45:27 - He will then give his next witness testimony - Hard Evidence. During the cross examination, present Mia's Autopsy Report to the statement "Before she died, the victim wrote the killer's name!". Then Choose "The day after the murder" when prompted, followed by "The Detective's a sham". Mia's Autopsy Report will be updated in the Court Record.
51:12 - Next it will be April May's turn to take the stand with her first witness testimony - Witness's Account. Choose "Yes, I'm doing it." when prompted, then during the cross-examination, press April on the statement "But that girl, she caught up to her and... and... She hit her!". Choose "I question your testimony." when prompted, followed by "You're lying".
55:30 - April will then give her next witness testimony - Witness's Account. During the cross examination, present The Thinker to the statement "That... that clock! Um... the kinda statue-y clock? "The Thinker, I think?". Choose "It couldn't have rung." when prompted, followed by "It's empty.".
1:00:40 - When the Judge asks Phoenix "Can you prove when the clockwork was removed?", present Maya's Cell Phone. Choose "Yes" when prompted then present The Thinker as the evidence to why the witness had not seen the clock before. Choose "You had heard about it." when prompted then present the Wiretap as evidence.
1:07:10 - Present Maya's Cell Phone as the evidence that the victim said, on the phone, that the weapon is a clock. Then Choose "You did it, didn't you?" when prompted, followed by "Call the bellboy as a witness." and then "Accept the condition.".
1:12:50 - The Bellboy will be next to take the stand for his witness testimony - Miss May's Room Service. Press the Bellboy on the statement "I brought it to her at precisely the requested time, of course." then press him on "And I delivered the iced coffee to our guest Miss May, herself.". Choose "Protest" when promoted, followed by "Check-in" and then "The man with Miss May.".
