05:00 - Edgeworth will call Ema Skye to the stand for her first witness testimony - Two Years Ago. During the cross-examination, press Ema on the statement "but I'll never forget what I saw in that instant!", choose "Hear more" when prompted, followed by "Ask about the picture". Present the Evidence List to the statement "I drew a picture of that scene once... but it seems to have been lost." and the Evidence List will be updated in the Court Record.

09:34 - Ema's next witness testimony will be - Ema's Picture. During the cross-examination, present Neil's Autopsy Report to the statement "This picture shows exactly what I saw in that instant!" Click on the tip of the weapon when prompted followed by "There's another one", then present the Gant Team Picture as evidence.

15:52 - Ema's final witness testimony will be - Ema's Recollection. During the cross-examination, present the Unstable Jar to the statement "Just then there was another flash of lightning, and that's when I saw... the Blue Badger!". When prompted, rotate the Jar so it looks like the top of the Blue Badger. Choose "The location" when prompted. When asked if the victim may have left a clue to the real murderers name choose "is in the evidence.". Present the Unstable Jar and join the dots up so they spell out "EMA" when prompted.

26:55 - In the Lobby while speaking with Gumshoe, the Evidence Law book will be added to the Court Record.

28:55 - At the start of the final day of the trial, Edgeworth will prompt Phoenix to choose the next witness. Choose Damon Gant when prompted.

32:10 - His first witness testimony will be - SL-9 Incident. During the cross-examination, present the Unstable Jar to the statement "As you can see, I had nothing to do with the "forgery.".

34:24 - Gant's next witness testimony will be - Evidence & Forgery. During the cross-examination, press Gant on the statement "Rearranging the crime scene wouldn't help me out in any way.". Then press him on the statement "I wouldn't be anyone's "accomplice" if there was nothing in it for me.", choose "Point out accomplice" when prompted and choose Lana Skye.

38:40 - When Phoenix is asked to provide evidence that ties Chief Gant to the Goodman murder, present the ID Card Record. Present Goodman's Lost Item Report when prompted. When asked how Gant moved the body, present the Screwdriver as evidence. The judge will ask Phoenix if he has any concrete proof yet, choose "I have no proof yet" when prompted. Finally, call Lana Skye to the stand as the next witness.
