As of this video upload, the exact requirements for causing the true ending of Picayune Dreams to trigger is still unknown. Here is a 1 minute clip showing me clowning on the final boss, and then realizing I had done something special.

Notes for this run:
This was my first run where I summoned and killed Yuki (grenade a gambler statue) and I am *fairly* sure that I also killed Ghost this run. (give a health powerup to the Unkillable horror)

As you can see, I also dragged over OBJ_BOSS_DEMON's head to the final boss.

The relevance of all of these for causing the true ending to trigger is unknown.
