You can just install it over the APK file mentioned in the video, but be warned that you'll be "stuck" with four virtual environments from the new APK file. I say "stuck", because you won't be able to revert environments back to other ones discussed in the video, unless you run some ADB commands: (not for novice users)
1) The best practice is to first clear APK cache and data with: adb shell pm clear com.pvr.scenemanager
2) Then use the -d switch for the install command: adb install -d "SceneManager v1.1.8 CN 6scenes.apk" (put the APK file inside the ADB folder, and take care of the filename)

➤ Pro Tip: You can use the "Adjust scenery angle" option insidet the Virtual Environments menu to rotate the scene around you (for scenes that support it).
