Pikes Peak | Colorado 14er Hike | Panasonic GH5 4K
Decided to head up to the summit of Pikes Peak the hard way, the 12.5-mile all uphill Barr Trail before the weather got too cold. Pretty nice hike! Not the greatest video I have made, definitely, since I was focusing more on the actually hiking than filming, but overall I'm fairly happy with it!
This is also one of the first Backpacking trips where I really tried to be conscious of weight, which led to me having a sub-15-pound base weight before food, water, and camera gear, and a 28 pound pack after all of that was added. Lighter than my camera bag for weddings by a good margin, so I'm pretty happy with that!

And check out my instagram for some of the photos that I took as well on this trip!

Filmed with my Panasonic GH5, 12-35mm f/2.8 II OIS, 45-150mm f/4-5.6, and Mitakon 25mm f/0.95 (for like 4 shots, don't really know why I brought it since it was unnecessary weight.)
