I think Sublevel 4 steals the show in terms of floor uniqueness because there's nothing quite like it's obstacles in the game. "Try" to battle where the ground is most stable or right in the center to minimize Pikmin control issues.

But really the floors here are rather unique in their own right. For instance, that breakable-wall-filled room is especially hilarious!
