I find this skill useless despite PILOT EJECT allows pilot to abandoned their destroyed wanzer and retreat themselves to safety, that will only left them a pistol to attack on the next turns. That is of course might change if you somehow have another unit with EJECT PUNCH skill to help find this pilot to get into enemy's wanzer.
It comes from equipping FOURA M12A body part and no shoulder type weapon. And since the wanzer came as missile type wanzer, it seems the game expect this skill will comes out when the missile arms already destroyed.
