If you beat the vigilante and die at the same time, it seems like it soft locks you in the second hub world. It first broke the cutscene and then backed out of it.
The best part about this was this happened while I was streaming!

This is the second glitched I have discovered on this game within a week. Both were found by accident.

These glitches were more of a surprise then anything. I do wonder what other glitches might be discovered in the future. With my luck, I might find another one! We shall see.
