It isn't actually possible to do without Mach Running, but this challenge is about the closest we'll ever get to it. The only level where this technically isn't possible is Crust Cove as you have to press the button Mach Running is assigned to in order to roll. But I still included it here and tried to avoid accidentally mach running when interacting with a priest. It's the best I could do. Sorry, Pasta Man.
