My recreation of the video "Minecraft - Earth Core". I don't know why I chose it, pretty nostalgic though.

The crater was made in with MCEdit, WorldEdit and some help from Risugami's Elemental Arrows Mod. I started the crater in MCEdit just with a large Brush Tool, and then I put the lava Sphere/Sun/Core thing in using the same method. I then went in with WorldEdit/Elemental-Arrows and blow various areas up to make them look less uniform.

The terrain is actually 1.7.3 terrain generated with a mod called Generator Ports.

The whole video was made on Minecraft Version 1.2.5, and Generator Ports hasn't been updated since 1.3.2, so I would recommend using "NBXLite" or "Better World Generation"
